Spring Hill Wellness New York is an outpatient substance abuse treatment center located in Brooklyn’s Marine Park. Our staff are dedicated in helping our clients achieve long term recovery from addiction and co-occurring disorders.

Using individualized care and family involvement, we provide a unique approach to treatment through a blend of holistic and medical modalities. Spring Hill Wellness provides a variety of treatment services which include: addiction medicine (MAT), outpatient treatment, tele-health services, outpatient detox, day rehabilitation, along with ancillary wellness services.

Our ancillary services include yoga, music therapy, art therapy, and rec therapy in our on-site gym. We believe wellness therapy not only can help with recovery from addiction but will promote self-discovery, self awareness and self reflection. Our goal is to treat not only the addiction component but discover underlying causes and conditions that could be influencing, exacerbating, and prolonging addiction.

Do you accept medicaid?

Yes, Spring Hill Wellness accepts all versions of Medicaid. Additionally we are in-network with most major insurance providers.

What levels of care do you offer?

We offer Outpatient treatment, Day Rehabilitation, and Outpatient Detoxification services.

Do you offer telemedicine?

Yes, we have telemedicine and in person options available.

Do you have medical staff available?

Yes, we have physicians and Nurse Practitioners on site and available by telemedicine.

Do I need to be vaccinated to join the program?

While vaccines are encouraged it is not a requirement for admission.

Do I have to wear a mask?

As per CDC guidelines we require mask wearing, however you may unmask to eat in the designated area where safety and physical distancing practices are set in place.
