Spring Hill Wellness is licensed by the State of New York’s Office of Alcoholism & Substance Abuse Services and is looking for full time and part time CRPAs. Must have CRPA (CASAC OR CASAC-T recommended).

Salary ranges from $19.00 - $20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities include:

Provide recovery education to patients in all phases of recovery, including pre-recovery engagement, recovery initiation, recovery stabilization, and sustained recovery.

Promote self- advocacy by assisting patients to speak with their recovery care team.

Support connections to community-based supports and mutual self-help groups. Link individuals to appropriate professional resources. Attend court and other system meetings as a support.

Help coordinate and organize an alumni network and facilitate events for that network and current patients to support each other in recovery.

Job Qualifications:

CRPA Certified Peer Recovery Advocate with a working knowledge of substance use disorder treatment

systems, support services, and a demonstrated commitment to the Recovery Community.

This position will have some flexible hours including some evening and weekend time. In addition, be available by phone.

Comfortable escorting patients to offsite referrals, community services and sober support meetings.

Must have a CASAC and experience in alcoholism and drug treatment.

Salary ranges from $50,000-$65,000 commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities include:

1) Providing counseling and case management services to clients;

2) Hold individual and group counseling sessions;

3) Chart patients’ progress, develop treatment plans;

4) Counselors will do intakes, level of care determinations, bio-psychosocial and involve family members

in treatment;

5) Additional duties will be determined by the Clinical Director.

Qualifications and Skills

Must have CASAC and experience in alcoholism and drug treatment.

Pay range from $26- 28 commensurate with experience and credential.

Responsibilities and Duties:

As an Arts/ Rec Therapist, you will instruct, lead, mentor, and motivate our clients in a group setting. We would like the therapist to focus on a variety of topics such as poetry, creative writing, narrative therapy, scrapbooking, art therapy, etc., meditation, dance, music, and other forms of creativity for adults in recovery of substance use.

We are seeking an instructor who is dedicated, passionate, culturally aware, and professional with a positive attitude and dynamic personality to join our program.

Specification for Education

Bachelor’s Degree with CASAC, Master’s Degree with Licensure (with or without CASAC)

Psychology, Mental Health Counseling (MHC), Social Worker (MSW) with CASAC, Substance Use experience (CASAC)

Background in Creative Arts Therapy (LCAT – optional)

Qualifications

1-2 years’ experience providing individual and group creative arts therapy.

Experience in substance use/ mental health field.

Workshop implementation experience preferred.
